蒸煮鍋產品簡介
通常由鍋體和支腳組成。鍋體是由內外球形鍋體組成的雙層結構形式，中間夾層通入蒸汽加熱。有固定式、可傾式、攪拌式等樣式。夾層鍋具有受熱面積大、熱效率高、加熱均勻、液料沸騰時間短、加熱溫度容易控制、外型美觀、安裝容易、操作方便、安全可靠等特點。夾層鍋廣泛應用于各類食品的加工，也可用于大型餐廳或食堂熬湯、燒菜、燉肉、熬粥等，是食品加工提高質量、縮短時間、改善勞動條件的良好設備。
二、安裝步驟
1、擰緊撐架的兩顆緊定螺釘，搖轉鍋體時，兩端的進水管和出水管不允許隨鍋轉動。
2、安裝完畢，對攪拌式夾層鍋，應作空車試運檢查，待各傳動部件運轉正常后，方可投產使用
3、進氣后，如接頭處漏氣，可旋緊螺帽，直到不漏為止。
三、使用注意事項
1 、使用蒸氣壓力，不得長時間超過定額工作壓力。
2、進汽時應緩慢開啟進汽閥，直到需用壓力為止，冷凝水出口處的截止閥，如裝有疏水器，應始終將閥門打開；如無疏水器，則先將閥門打開直到有蒸氣溢出時再將閥門關小，開啟程度保持在有少量水汽溢出為止。
3、 對安全閥，可根據用戶自己使用蒸氣的壓力，自行調整。
4、 在使用過程中，應經常注意蒸氣壓力的變化，用進汽閥適時調整。
5、停止進氣后，應將鍋底的直嘴旋塞開啟，放完余水。
6 、可傾式和攪拌式夾層鍋，每班使用前，應在各轉動部位加油；攪拌式夾層鍋鍋體面上的部件，建議采用熟菜油；其它各處均采用30#--40#機械
